This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds related toSwiftlyAds ("Service"), offered by Volt Marketing Inc.("we," "us," or "our").

Important Note on AI Services: Due to the nature of our business, where we utilize AI services that incur immediate costs upon use, we are unable to offer refunds once you have used our Service. AI image generation requires significant computational resources and third-party API usage that we are billed for immediately when your credits are used. These costs are prohibitive to allowing refunds after any service usage has occurred.

By using our Service, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.

2. Standard Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our service, we maintain a strict refund policy:

  • No refunds will be issued if any credits have been used
  • Refunds are only available if requested within 48 hours of purchase
  • Refund eligibility requires that zero credits have been used

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of approval. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

As stated in our Terms of Service: "All payments are final and non-refundable once you have used our Service." This policy is necessary due to the immediate costs we incur when providing AI-generated content.

3. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are available only under the following strict conditions:

  • Your refund request is submitted within 48 hours of your purchase
  • You have not used any credits or generated any images with our service
  • Your payment has been successfully processed and is not pending

Refunds are not available in any of the following cases:

  • Any credits have been used, even a single image generation
  • Request is made after the 48-hour window
  • Subscription renewals (only initial purchases may be eligible)
  • Accounts that have violated our Terms of Service

4. Service Limitations

Our AI image generation service incurs immediate costs when credits are used. Therefore, we cannot provide refunds once you have utilized any portion of the service.

We reserve the right to deny refund requests if there is any evidence of service usage or violation of our refund policy.

5. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Go to 'Subscription' in your dashboard and click 'Cancel Subscription'.

Cancellation will stop future billing, but you will maintain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for the remaining unused portion of your billing period after cancellation.

6. Changes to Refund Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by updating the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Refund Policy.
